Are the "New" devices you sell really new?
Yes, they really are new devices. Tello offers two types of new devices:
Regardless of the box it arrives in, a device labeled "New" is guaranteed to be unused and in pristine condition.
- Original Brand Box: These devices come in the original packaging with all the accessories included by the manufacturer.
- Repackaged Devices: These devices are delivered in a plain generic packaging box with all the accessories included by the manufacturer.
