What is a refurbished grade A phone?
Refurbished Grade A means you are getting the highest quality possible for a refurbished device. These phones are typically items that were returned shortly after purchase and have been restored to excellent condition.
- Every device is rigorously tested and certified to look like new.
- Parts used during the reconditioning process (such as display, case, jack, etc.) are new but not original.
- Every phone is guaranteed to have at least 80% battery capacity.
- Details about what’s included in the box (such as the charging cable or power adapter) are listed on the phones page. Once you select the phone, scroll down and check the “In the box” section.
