My Tello phone is not charging. What can I do?
If your Tello phone isn't charging, try these steps:
⚠️ Warning: All phones purchased from Tello come with a 30-day warranty. If these troubleshooting steps don't work, ensure you contact Customer Support within 30 days of purchase to discuss your warranty options.
- Use a different charging cable and wall adapter (brick) to see if the original ones are faulty.
- Test the outlet: Plug your charger into a different power outlet.
- Use a computer: Plug your phone into a computer USB port to see if it responds to a different power source.
- Check the port: Look inside the charging port for dust or debris. If you see any, clean it out very gently.
- Restart your phone: Sometimes a simple reboot can clear up minor glitches that prevent charging.
