My Tello phone is not charging. What can I do?

If your Tello phone isn't charging, try these steps:
  1. Use a different charging cable and wall adapter (brick) to see if the original ones are faulty.
  2. Test the outlet: Plug your charger into a different power outlet.
  3. Use a computer: Plug your phone into a computer USB port to see if it responds to a different power source.
  4. Check the port: Look inside the charging port for dust or debris. If you see any, clean it out very gently.
  5. Restart your phone: Sometimes a simple reboot can clear up minor glitches that prevent charging.
Contact Tello Customer Support if the phone still doesn't respond after trying these steps.
