What is an open-box phone?
An open-box phone is a device that was purchased and then returned to Tello. Usually, the customer simply changed their mind about the color or decided they wanted a different model.
⚠️What you need to know:
Like-New Condition: These phones have had little to no use and are often in the same condition as when they first left the factory.
Inspected for Quality: Every open-box phone is carefully checked to ensure it functions perfectly before we offer it for sale again.
Why was it returned?
Most of the time, it’s nothing to do with the phone's performance! Common reasons include:
