How can I cancel my Park Number plan?
If you want to cancel the Park Number plan, you can easily do it from your account. However, you must have a plan in place for your phone number so you don't lose it.
How to Cancel Parking
Simply canceling the Park Number plan without starting a new regular plan or porting out will lead to your number expiring. If you don't take one of these actions quickly, your number will be permanently deactivated and cannot be recovered.
How to Cancel Parking
- You can cancel the Park Number plan directly from the Dashboard section of your online account.
- Once you cancel the parking plan, your number is no longer "held." You must immediately decide whether to stay with Tello or take your number elsewhere.
- Purchase a new Tello plan with minutes, texts, or data right away if you want to start using your phone again.
- Port out your number to another carrier immediately if you are leaving Tello but want to keep your number.
