What happens to the rolled-over data if my plan is changed or the service is canceled?

Downgrading your plan, suspending service, or closing your account will forfeit any rolled-over data.

Your accumulated rollover data will be deleted if you:
  • Downgrade to a "No Data" plan.
  • Suspend/cancel your service.
  • Close your account.
  • Change plans
Note: If you lose your Unlimited Rollover eligibility, you must complete 6 consecutive months on an Unlimited plan to start rolling over data again. Past data cannot be recovered.

⚠️ Warning: Permanent Loss
Downgrading your plan to a plan with no data, suspending service, or closing your account will forfeit any rolled-over data. Once lost, this data cannot be restored.
