What happens when my plan minutes are over?

Once your plan minutes are gone, you won't be able to make or receive calls. To get back to talking, you have two options:

Option 1: Add "Pay As You Go" Credit (Keep your billing date) This is the best choice if you just need a few extra minutes to last you until your next scheduled renewal.
  • How it works: Purchase Pay As You Go (PAYG) credit from your dashboard.
  • Bonus: PAYG credit also covers international calls, texts, and data.
  • The Rule: This credit lasts for 90 days from your last purchase.
Option 2: Renew or Change Your Plan (Resets your billing date)
If you need a lot more minutes right now, you can simply start your next 30 days of service early.

Go to your Dashboard.
  • To keep the same plan: Click "Renew Now."
  • To choose a different plan: Click "Change Plan."
⚠️ Important: If you choose option 2, your old plan is canceled immediately and replaced with the new one. You will be charged today, and your 30-day billing cycle starts over from today.

Plan tip:
We don't currently have an option to "schedule" a plan change for a future date. If you want a new plan to start exactly when your current one ends, make sure to make the change manually at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
