Where can I check my rollover data balance?
You can check your balance directly from the Dashboard section of your account.
Keep in mind are two types of rollover at Tello:
You can also check your balance instantly from your phone! Just text the word "BALANCE" to 800 from your Tello line.
Keep in mind are two types of rollover at Tello:
- For Custom Plans: Any data or minutes you manually rolled over (by renewing 24 hours early) are simply combined into your main balance totals right at the top of the screen.
- For Unlimited Plans: Once you’ve met the criteria to benefit from the Data Rollover feature (meaning you’ve been with Tello for 12 months and on an Unlimited plan for your last 6 billing cycles), you will be able to track the rolled-over data.
