Where can I check my rollover data balance?

You can check your balance directly from the Dashboard section of your account.

Keep in mind are two types of rollover at Tello:
  • For Custom Plans: Any data or minutes you manually rolled over (by renewing 24 hours early) are simply combined into your main balance totals right at the top of the screen.

  • For Unlimited Plans: Once you’ve met the criteria to benefit from the Data Rollover feature (meaning you’ve been with Tello for 12 months and on an Unlimited plan for your last 6 billing cycles), you will be able to track the rolled-over data.
Pro-Tip:
You can also check your balance instantly from your phone! Just text the word "BALANCE" to 800 from your Tello line.
