You can use Tello Dollars to pay for your plans, Pay As You Go credit, data add-ons, Scam Guard, or even a new phone. The main thing to remember is that you must have enough Tello Dollars to cover the entire cost of your order.

• Check your balance: Ensure your Tello Dollars cover 100% of your total. If the balance is even a cent short, the option won't appear at checkout.
• Go to Checkout: Once you’ve selected your items, look under "Payment Methods."
• Select Tello Dollars: Choose "Tello Dollars" from the list (which includes Credit Card and PayPal) and complete your order.

⏱️ The Best Time to Use Tello Dollars for Your Plan
If you want to use your Tello Dollars to pay for your upcoming monthly bill, the best strategy is to manually renew your plan at least 24 hours (one day) before your automatic renewal date.

Do NOT cancel your current plan: You do not need to cancel or let your plan expire to use your Tello Dollars. Canceling your plan can cause you to permanently lose any active promotions, discounts, or special deals attached to your account. Simply purchase your plan a day early using your Tello Dollars, and your new 30-day billing cycle will start smoothly right then!

• Partial payments are not allowed. You cannot combine Tello Dollars with another payment method to cover a single bill.
• You can not create a new line on Tello.com using Tello Dollars as a payment method.
