Yes! We offer Web Guard, a free feature that helps you manage and filter the content accessible on specific lines. This is a great tool for families who want to ensure their children have a safer online experience.
Web Guard Filtering Levels
You can choose from three levels of protection based on the age of the user:
Web Guard only works over the cellular network. It cannot block content if the device is connected to Wi-Fi. Additionally, it may not work with VPNs or iCloud Private Relay; these features must be turned off for filtering to stay active.

Web Guard cannot filter content within specific apps (like Instagram or TikTok) or block messages sent via SMS or third-party chat apps. For complete protection, you may want to use device-level settings like Screen Time (iOS) or Family Link (Android
Web Guard Filtering Levels

- LOW (Young Adults):
- Safe Search is Disabled
- Phishing Attacks, Malware, Command, and Control Callbacks, Web Spam, Proxy / Anonymizer, Potentially Harmful Domains
- Adult themes, Nudity, Sexuality, Pornography, Tasteless, Child Abuse Content
- Hacking, Hate/Discrimination, Illegal Downloads, Weapons, Drugs
- MEDIUM (Teenagers):
- Safe Search is Enabled
- Filters everything classified as "Low" and enables Safe Search, an automated filter of pornography and other offensive content that’s built into search engines (Google, YouTube, Bing, and DuckDuckGo)
- HIGH (Children):
- Safe Search is Enabled
- Filters everything classified as "Low" and "Medium", including SafeSearch, plus the following categories:
- Adware, Visual Search Engines, Classifieds, Blog, Games, Lingerie/Bikini
- Information on Alcohol, Gambling, Illegal Activities, Terrorism, and Dating
- Chat, Instant Messaging, Forums/Message Boards, Social Networking, Video Sharing, Photo Sharing, Webmail, File Storage, P2P / File Transfer
- Enable the feature: Log in to your account, go to My Settings and apply Web Guard to any specific line under your family plan.
- Talk to your kids: We encourage using Web Guard as a starting point for conversations about online safety.
- Check for "Access Denied": If you see this error on a webpage, it likely means Web Guard is active and blocking that content.
