How can I unsubscribe from Tello marketing emails?
You can opt out of promotional emails at any time. Keep in mind that even if you unsubscribe from marketing, you will still receive important account-related emails, like payment receipts or service alerts.

- Open a promotional email from Tello.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the message.
- Click the "Unsubscribe" link and follow the quick on-screen prompts, it may also be displayed as "To stop receving these messages click here"
- Log in to your Tello account.
- Go to the My Information tab.
- Find the Notifications section.
- Switch off the toggle for "Special Offers."
