What delivery options do you offer?

We offer several shipping methods to get your Tello SIM or phone to you. Please note that shipping is available within the U.S. only; we do not ship to international destinations like Canada or Mexico.

Shipping Methods & Costs
  • USPS First-Class Mail: 3 to 5 Transit Days - $0
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 3 Transit Days - $5
  • FedEx Ground: 3 to 5 Transit Days - $0
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: 2 Transit Days - $15
Note: The day the order is placed does not count as a transit day.

FedEx Ground: This option is available for select phone purchases only.

Delivery Issues
Please contact Customer Support with your order number if:
  • Late Packages: If your package has not arrived within 2 days after the expected timeframe and the tracking info hasn't updated.
  • Shipping Refunds: If you paid for expedited shipping (Priority or Overnight) and your order did not arrive within the promised window, please contact us to request a refund for the shipping fees.

Pro-Tip: To ensure a smooth delivery, always double-check that your Apartment, Suite, or Unit number is included in your shipping address!
