Why is my order status "pending"?

Don't worry, "Pending" usually just means your order is in a quick review queue. Think of it as a final safety check before we process your payment and get things moving.

What happens next?
  • The 5-Minute Rule: Most reviews are finished in 2 to 5 minutes.
  • Check Your Dashboard: Refresh your Dashboard after 5 minutes to see if the status has changed to "Successful."
  • Keep an Eye on Your Email: If we need to confirm a few extra details to protect your account, our Support team will send you an email.

Good to know:
  • No Charge for Pending Orders: You are only actually charged once your order status moves to "Successful."
  • Still Pending? If it’s been longer than 5 or 10 minutes and you haven't heard from us, please check your Spam folder or email our support team with your order number.
