How can I track the delivery of my order?
You can track your package's journey directly from your Tello account. Just click on the tracking code provided to see the latest updates from USPS or FedEx.
⚠️Important: Check the delivery company's site for any special notes, as USPS/FedEx may post updates that could change your expected delivery time.

Delivery Options & Timeframes: We offer several ways to get your order to you. Please remember: The day you place your order does not count as a transit day.
What if my package is late?
If your package hasn't arrived 2 days after the timeframes listed above, please email our support team with your order number

Order Status Check:
- "Pending" or "Preparing Your Package": This means we are still finalizing your order. It hasn't shipped yet, but it will be on its way soon!
- "Shipped": Your package is officially with the carrier and moving toward you.
Delivery Options & Timeframes: We offer several ways to get your order to you. Please remember: The day you place your order does not count as a transit day.
- USPS First-Class Mail: 4 to 10 Transit Days - $0
- USPS Priority Mail: up to 3 Transit Days - $5
- FedEx Ground: 4 to 10 Transit Days - $0
- FedEx Standard Overnight: 2 Transit Days - $15
