When will my SIM / phone arrive?
Shipping times depend on the option you chose at checkout. Please remember that the day you place the order does not count as a transit day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is "Shipped," you can track it directly from your Dashboard. Click the tracking code to see the latest updates from USPS or FedEx.
Note: Weather, holidays, or missing information (like a suite or apartment number) can sometimes cause delays.
⚠️ Important Details
If Your Package is Late
-If your package hasn't arrived 2 days after the latest timeframe listed above, please contact our support team with your order number so we can help you out.
- ✅ USPS First-Class or FedEx Ground: Usually takes 3 to 5 business days, but can take up to 10 days.
- ✅ USPS Priority Mail: Expect delivery within 3 business days.
- ✅ FedEx Standard Overnight: Takes 2 business days (for example, order on Monday to receive it on Wednesday).

⚠️ Important Details
- Billing: Your monthly plan does not start until you actually receive and activate your SIM or phone. You won't pay for service you aren't using yet!
- Address: Make sure your Apt, Suite, or Unit number is included so your package doesn't get lost.
