Can I pause my plan by parking my Tello number?

Yes! If you need to take a break but don't want to lose your phone number, you can switch to our Park Number plan.
  • The Cost: It costs $3/month to keep your number active. The $3 charge renews every 30 days. You can cancel this and return to a normal plan whenever you’re ready.
  • The Service: While parked, your number is "on hold." You won't be able to make calls, send texts, or use data.
How to Park Your Number
  • Log in to your Tello online account.
  • Go to your Dashboard.
  • Select "Cancel Plan."
  • Click the "Yes, Park My Number" button and follow the remaining prompts.
Pro-Tip: Resuming Service
You aren't "locked in" to the Park Number plan for any specific amount of time. As soon as you purchase a regular monthly plan again, your service will reactivate instantly with your same phone number.
