Can I pause my plan by parking my Tello number?
Yes! If you need to take a break but don't want to lose your phone number, you can switch to our Park Number plan.
You aren't "locked in" to the Park Number plan for any specific amount of time. As soon as you purchase a regular monthly plan again, your service will reactivate instantly with your same phone number.
- The Cost: It costs $3/month to keep your number active. The $3 charge renews every 30 days. You can cancel this and return to a normal plan whenever you’re ready.
- The Service: While parked, your number is "on hold." You won't be able to make calls, send texts, or use data.
- Log in to your Tello online account.
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Select "Cancel Plan."
- Click the "Yes, Park My Number" button and follow the remaining prompts.
