Can I put a monetary value on the Tello Dollars?
Tello Dollars do not have a direct monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they act as account credit within Tello, where 1 Tello Dollar is equivalent to $1 that you can put toward your service or a new device.
⚠️ Warning
Tello Dollars can only be used if your balance covers the entire cost of your invoice. We do not accept partial payments (e.g., paying part with Tello Dollars and the rest with a credit card)
- Pay your bill: Use your balance to cover the full cost of your monthly phone plan.
- Buy a phone: Use your credits to fully cover the cost of a new phone from the Tello store.
- Check your total: Visit the Referral Program section of your account to see how much credit you have available.
