Can I make payments in advance?
Tello only offers monthly plans, so making annual payments or paying for multiple months in advance is not possible.
The good news is that you don't have to worry about manual monthly payments. Our service has auto-renewal enabled by default, which means your plan will automatically renew and charge your payment method every 30 days.
Because auto-renewal handles everything for you every 30 days, you never have to worry about your service cutting off or remembering to pay your bill each month.

- Let it auto-renew: Sit back and relax—your plan will automatically renew every 30 days without you needing to do a thing.
- Watch your email: If your automatic payment ever fails for any reason, we will send you an email notification right away.
- Update your account: If you get a failure notification, just log into your account to make the necessary adjustments to your payment info. But do it promptly to avoid your plan being canceled and losing service.
