Why does it say my eSIM code is no longer valid?
If you see the error message "This code is no longer valid" it means the Tello eSIM QR code has already been scanned or has expired. A Tello eSIM QR code can only be used once.
Step 1: Check if it already installed
Very often, this error appears because the eSIM successfully downloaded on your very first try. Check your phone's cellular settings:

If the Tello line is missing from your settings (or you are moving to a brand-new phone or accidentally deleted the profile), you cannot reuse the old code.

- iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular.
- Android: Go to Settings > SIM Manager.

- Log in to your online Tello account.
- Go to the My SIM section.
- Select "Get eSIM" to instantly generate a brand-new, free QR code.
