How do I disable the voicemail feature on my line?
If you want to turn off voicemail, you can easily do it by logging into your Tello account settings online. Just keep in mind that this is a permanent change for your saved data.
Steps to Disable Voicemail:
⚠️ Warning:
Turning OFF voicemail will permanently delete all of your saved messages, your voicemail password, and your custom greeting. Once this data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Steps to Disable Voicemail:
- Log in: Go to your Tello account settings online.
- Find the section: Scroll down until you reach the Voicemail section.
- Toggle the switch: Switch the voicemail toggle to OFF.
- Acknowledge the deletion: Check the box that says, "I understand that all my voicemail messages will be permanently deleted."
- Confirm with your PIN: Enter your 4-digit security PIN and confirm to finalize the change.
