If you want to turn off voicemail, you can easily do it by logging into your Tello account settings online. Just keep in mind that this is a permanent change for your saved data.

Steps to Disable Voicemail:

• Log in: Go to your Tello account settings online.
• Find the section: Scroll down until you reach the Voicemail section.
• Toggle the switch: Switch the voicemail toggle to OFF.
• Acknowledge the deletion: Check the box that says, "I understand that all my voicemail messages will be permanently deleted."
• Confirm with your PIN: Enter your 4-digit security PIN and confirm to finalize the change.

⚠️ Warning:
Turning OFF voicemail will permanently delete all of your saved messages, your voicemail password, and your custom greeting. Once this data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
