How can I protect myself from phishing or scam attempts pretending to be Tello?
Your security is our top priority. Scammers often pretend to be companies you trust to steal your information, so it’s important to know exactly how Tello will—and won’t—communicate with you.
Tello will never ask you to sign in or provide personal details on any website other than www.tello.com. If a link takes you anywhere else, it is not us.
- Keep your information: Never give out your Security PIN, password, payment details, or One-Time Passwords (OTP) over the phone or text. Tello will never ask for these.
- Only update your account or payment info on www.tello.com or through the official My Tello app.
- Verify the link: If you get a suspicious message, don't click anything. Close the message and go directly to our official website to log in.
- Report it: If you receive a suspicious request, contact our Customer Support team immediately to let us know.
