What is two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security for your Tello account. Instead of just relying on a password, it requires two different ways to prove it’s really you. This makes it much harder for anyone else to get into your account.
How it Works
Once 2FA is turned on, logging in requires:
1. Your Password: Something you know.
2. A Security Code: A unique, one-time code generated by an app on your phone.
Next Steps
Think of 2FA as a second lock for your digital front door. Even if a scammer gets your password, they still can't get in without your "2FA" (the security code from your phone).

2. A Security Code: A unique, one-time code generated by an app on your phone.
Next Steps
- Download an app: You’ll need a third-party authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy.
- Generate codes: Every time you log in, you'll open that app to get a new code.
- Stay secure: Because the code changes every few seconds and lives only on your device, your account stays protected even if someone manages to find out your password.
