How do I set up and use two-factor authentication?
Securing your account is easy! By enabling 2FA, you add a quick extra step to your login that keeps your information much safer. You’ll just need a third-party app to generate a security code for you.

- Download an authenticator app: Grab an app like Google Authenticator or Twilio Authy from your app store.
- Log in to your Tello account: Head to My Information in the main menu and scroll down to Extra Security - Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Connect the app: Scan the QR code on your screen using your authenticator app (or enter the manual setup key provided).
- Confirm setup: Enter the one-time code from your app into the Tello website to finish the setup.
