How to use SMS Shortcodes
Just text the specific keyword for what you need to the number 800:

1. To Add High-Speed Data:

• ADD1GB
• ADD3GB
• ADD5GB

2. To Add Pay As You Go Credit:

• ADD10PAYG (This option will add $10 credit)
• ADD20PAYG (This option will add $20 credit)
• ADD50PAYG (This option will add $50 credit)

3. To Renew Your Plan Early:

• RENEW (This renews your entire current plan immediately)

⚠️Important: To use this feature, you must have a saved credit card in your Tello account. The SMS system can’t manually enter new payment info for you. Make sure your card on file is up to date!
