Do you offer international roaming?
Yes, with Tello, you can benefit from international roaming in 200+ countries and territories.
If you're traveling to a European country this summer, you can take advantage of our limited-time promotional offer valid until September 30, 2026.
You can enjoy all your plan's benefits while traveling. Usage is drawn from your plan allowances.

If you are visiting any other country for which we offer the roaming service, you will need to have Pay As You Go (PAYG) credit.
Don't have credit yet? You can top up your PAYG here.
Once you have a PAYG credit balance, make sure to turn ON International Roaming to have calls and text messages working. Pay as You Go Data must also be ON to have your data working. This can be done from your account under the My Settings tab.
Roaming calls, texting, and data costs will be charged from your Pay As You Go balance.
Finally, once you are abroad and ready to use the service, do not forget to enable the Roaming option under your phone's settings.
