Can I get a replacement device instead of a refund?
A replacement is possible, but it depends entirely on our current stock. We cannot guarantee that the exact same brand and model will be available by the time your return is processed.

Once your returned device arrives at our warehouse and is verified, we check our current website inventory.

- If in stock: You can request that our Customer Support team sends a replacement of the same brand and model.
- If out of stock: If the exact model is no longer available and your return is in good standing, we will automatically issue a refund instead.
- Replacements are only for the exact same model. We cannot swap a return for a different phone model or brand.
