I did not receive the package. What should I do?

Follow these steps if you haven't received your package:
  1. Verify Your Delivery Window:
    Check the estimated timeframe for the shipping method you chose. Remember, the day you placed the order doesn't count as a "transit day."

  2. Check Your Tracking Status
    Review the tracking information in your account dashboard.Log in to your Account Dashboard to see the most recent update from the carrier.

  3. If Status is "Delivered" but the Package is Missing
    Before reaching out to support, please take a quick look around:
    • Check with others: Ask family members, housemates, or building managers if they brought the package inside for you.
    • Talk to neighbors: Occasionally, a package is accidentally delivered to a nearby door or left in a common area.
If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact Customer Support with your order number for assistance.
