I did not receive the package. What should I do?
Follow these steps if you haven't received your package:
- Verify Your Delivery Window:
Check the estimated timeframe for the shipping method you chose. Remember, the day you placed the order doesn't count as a "transit day." - Check Your Tracking Status
Review the tracking information in your account dashboard.Log in to your Account Dashboard to see the most recent update from the carrier. - If Status is "Delivered" but the Package is Missing
Before reaching out to support, please take a quick look around:- Check with others: Ask family members, housemates, or building managers if they brought the package inside for you.
- Talk to neighbors: Occasionally, a package is accidentally delivered to a nearby door or left in a common area.
