Sure! Topping up your Pay As You Go balance is as easy as sending a quick text message.

Just send an SMS to 800 with one of the following options:

• ADD10PAYG (This option will add $10 credit)
• ADD20PAYG (This option will add $20 credit)
• ADD50PAYG (This option will add $50 credit)

⚠️ Important:
To ensure your text command goes through successfully, your account must meet these two conditions:

• Must Have an Active Balance: This feature only works if your current Pay As You Go balance is still active. If your 90-day timer has already run out and your credit has expired, the SMS shortcut will not work.
• Saved Payment Method: You must log into your online Tello account beforehand and make sure you have a valid, active credit card saved to your profile.

Note: Pay As You Go credit is available for 90 days, and then it expires.
